How Are The Candles Packaged?

All Precious Gem Candles are packaged in an elegant curved jar and then packed in a recyclable round box with a metal lid.

What Can I Expect From A Precious Gem Candle?

How Do I Retrieve The Gemstone From My Candle?

Of course, you’ll have to burn your candle to find the gemstone.  It’s safely hidden inside of a glass vial buried in your candle.  Be sure to look inside the lid of your candle canister for instructions on safe removal of your gemstone in the quickest way possible!  Once your gemstone has been revealed in your candle, follow the instructions with it to find out more about your gemstone.

How Long Will My Order Take To Reach Me?

We do our best to process orders within 1 business day ~ really we do! But depending upon the day and order size, this is not always possible. Please allow an extra day or 2 for potential delays. All Precious Gem Candles are made on-site, so we are able to fulfill orders in a very timely manner. We will contact you if for any reason there may be a delay in shipment.

Will My Personal Information Be Secure And Protected?

Our privacy policy is simple. We value our customers’ privacy. All customer information is strictly confidential, and will not be sold, rented, or shared with anyone. We use the information you provide to process your order, keep you updated on your order status and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to our product line. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. We will always honor your request.

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?

We maintain a generous return policy and we will gladly receive any returned product if you are not satisfied. The following return policies are strictly enforced:

1) Products must be unused and in original packaging.

2) You must obtain authorization for a return prior to returning any product.  A refund will not be given on items returned without authorization.  An item being returned with authorization must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please see instructions below for the procedure of obtaining authorization.

3) Shipping/Handling charges are not refunded, and return shipping is not reimbursed.

4) Products must be packed safely for return.

5) There is a 15% restocking fee on Precious Gem Candles.  Any candle returned not in the original condition will not receive a refund.  The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the price of the candle, and the balance will be refunded to the account used for original payment.

To Obtain a Return Authorization:

Please log in to your account by going to www.preciousgemcandles.com and clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.  Once you have logged into your account, click on “Add Request” and enter your return request information. We will process your request and respond within 1 business day. Do not return any items other than what is approved through your request.

What If I Receive The Wrong Item Or A Damaged Item?

If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged item, please log in to your account by going to www.preciousgemcandles.com and clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.  Once you have logged into your account, click on “Add Request” and enter your return request information.

We will process your request immediately, and will send out a replacement at no charge. When you receive your replacement shipment, you may find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). If you receive this in your replacement package, follow the instructions provided to return the damaged merchandise to us.
