Return Policy

Feel free to exchange or return for a refund any item (undamaged) you have purchased from nātür within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). If purchased online, we will deduct the original shipping charges from the amount of your refund or exchange. Store credit is valid for 6 months. Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise, and we will not accept merchandise sent COD.
Please contact us prior to returning merchandise.

Items Damaged In Shipping:

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jm@naturshowroom.com. It is necessary that you save the original box and the packing material from your order in case we need to file a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship internationally.

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Orders are normally shipped within 7 business days. If an item happens to be out of stock, we will notify you to let you know of the status, and we will notify you of any delays.
We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on Shipping Holidays.
