Description
Beautiful, large, electric green and black Birdwing butterfly, spread and mounted on a white mat and placed in a black wooden frame. Also known as Rajah Brooke’s birdwing.
The butterfly was named by the naturalist, Alfred Russel Wallace, in 1855, for James Brooke, the Rajah of Sarawak.
Frame is 9 3/4″ x 12 1/4″, and butterfly is approximately 5 3/4″ wide.
