Description
Sea urchins move slowly, crawling with their tube feet, and sometimes pushing themselves with their spines. They feed primarily on algae, but also will eat slow-moving sea creatures. Sea urchins are members of the phylum Echinodermata, which also includes sea stars, sea cucumbers, brittle stars and crinoids.
